Welcome to CatPet! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. CatPet is owned and operated by S&O Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (“CatPet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website (www.cat-pet.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
1. Eligibility and User Responsibilities  
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.  
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.  
- You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account login details.  
- You must not engage in any illegal activity, submit false or misleading information (including related to your pet’s health), or disrupt the normal operation of the website.

2. Products, Orders & Payments  
- We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up-to-date.

- Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.  
- Payments must be completed at checkout using accepted methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Apple Pay).  
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Shipping, Returns & Refunds  
- Shipping times and fees are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.  
- Orders are eligible for return within 30 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and not excluded (e.g., opened food, supplements, or custom items).  
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product, in accordance with our Return Policy.  
- CatPet is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to external circumstances once handed over to the shipping carrier.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers  
All products are provided “as is” without any warranties, except those explicitly stated on the product page.  
Any manufacturer warranties are the sole responsibility of the product’s manufacturer.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.  
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. User Content and External Links  
By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to CatPet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content.  
CatPet is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our site.
10. Force Majeure  
CatPet shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
